Clinical Secretary

Location: 710 N High Street, Mt Orab, Ohio 45154
Pay rate: $13.00 hourly

This is a full time year round position. Schedule is Monday – Thursday from 11:30 - 8:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Required Degree(s): HS Diploma / GED, and at least one year of medical office experience is required

This positions primary responsibilities include supporting clinicians, tracking clinical paperwork, calculating fee agreements, requesting and releasing client information compliant with HIPAA regulations, answering a multi-line telephone system. Additionally, responsibilities may include taking client payments, compiling records, preparing reports, and providing office coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, display excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task.
