The Clinical Program Director will assure the quality of services to clients, coordinate day to day operations of the department and recommend and implement changes that would improve the service delivery of services. Provide clinical supervision according to qualifications. Promote integrated care activities and be the lead that bridges medical services between two disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory and/or program development experience in pertinent setting.
  • Licensed by AZBBHE
  • Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in the field.
  • Able to use initiative and judgment to organize, plan activities, formulate policies, delegate responsibility and make decisions affecting diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint card and pass a background check.
  • Possess valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed based on department needs.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Qualifications Preferred

  • Preferably independent license with LPC, LMFT or LCSW
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Organization policies
  • Preferably 5 years supervisor experience in a pertinent setting
