Missouri Baptist Medical Center

The Radiology Departmentat Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a full-service, diagnosticcenter dedicated to deliveringthe highest quality imaging services to our patients and their physicians. We provide competent, courteous and compassionate clinical services, andrespond to requests for services from patients and referring physicians promptly. Same-day-service and delivering quick results to physicians are hallmarks of our services.



Preferred Qualifications


Role Purpose

Provides care essential to radiographic procedures and renders services utilizing various imaging modalities. Performs radiographic and other related imaging procedures, producing images for interpretation by a physician. Supervises, coordinates and evaluates all clinical education for radiologic technology students in assigned area(s).


Responsibilities

  • Completes registration and prepares patients for procedures. Informs patient on instructions and what the procedure entails with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Provides step-by-step instruction, observation, and supervision of students.
  • Performs imaging procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • 2-5 years

Supervisor Experience

  • No Experience

Licenses & Certifications

  • Radiology Technologist - Reg

Preferred Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Radiology

Experience

  • 5-10 years

Licenses & Certifications

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
