A great new opportunity has become available in the bay area for an Educator OR. This facility is a 250+ bed acute care hospital with 600+ employees at your service. Hospital is highly known for their incredibly talented Medical professionals as well as quality patient care and dedication to the community.The Educator OR will be part of a team that specializes in critical care. This unit is focused on promoting a patient-focused and healthy work environment. The Surgery Department has a rapid response team and plenty of opportunity for growth.
The hospital is requesting that the incoming Educator OR have specialized expertise and knowledge to support nurses and other staff in caring for patients. Responsible for ensuring the education of staff and utilization of evidence-based practice in order to achieve the greatest patient and clinical outcomes. The CNS will collaborate with physician leadership, CNS, and staff counsels to care for critically ill patients.
