We are looking for a Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will provide oversight, support, and strategic direction for all clinical staff and functions. You will actively plan and develop treatment programs. Additionally, you will:
- Supervise, either directly or indirectly, all clinical staff and functions.
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain an organized, structured, daily operation to provide clinical alcohol and other drug treatment to clients in specific programs.
- Administer client flow, scheduling, activities, financial and other aspects of the program.
- Coordinate daily operations, behavioral management of client and family and management of specific program goals according to agency policy.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reports/projects.
- Assess and counsel clients as needed, as backup.
- Develop and maintain ongoing clinical training curriculum and orientation program.
- Writes grants for service and/or resource generation.
In this role, we are looking for:
- LPCC, LISW, or Psychology license required.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in chemical dependency field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in administration/supervision in a social services setting.
- Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) experience preferred.
- Qualified by OMHAS and law to provide IOP, assessment, individual counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention, alcohol and drug education, supervision of staff’s respective components, and to sign diagnoses.
- Experience with non-profit operations preferred, but not required.
