Peoples Community Health Clinic, is looking for a full time LPN to contribute to our mission to provide access to affordable, compassionate, high quality health care for all, while helping to improve the health of the community. In this position, the successful candidate will:

• Provide primary care nursing, patient education, health care maintenance, patient counseling, and normative care services to adult patients at Peoples Community Health Clinic.
• Work with providers and administers nursing care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Assist with the planning, development and implementation of health education programs and materials, and provide assistance to and supervision of the Patient Clinical Representatives in areas of nursing beyond their scope of practice.
• Perform all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission of Peoples Community Health Clinic.

Candidate must have a valid Iowa LPN nursing license from an accredited nursing program. Experience with EMR system preferred.
