Client Support Specialist - Washington State & Idaho Only

• Flexible shifts Monday- Friday, between 4:45AM -6:15 PM PST
• Compensation at $20/per hour
• Training is seven (7) weeks in length, each week consisting of 40 hours of onsite in classroom training.
• This is an In Office position - 5 days/40 hours week.

You will provide support for Merchant Services clients who use our services to provide credit card and payment solutions to their customers. Through a balanced focus on first call resolution and recognizing platform solutions we assist our clients to grow their business.

What you will do:

• Be the front-line support of our banking partners.

• Act as a point of contact for all day-to-day related merchant inquiries and own all client resolution.

• Be positive and engaging when answering merchant issues concerning interchange and chargeback compliance, merchant billing, funding and batch detail reports, e-Commerce products and reporting.

• Route, maintain and track outstanding servicing requests and provide detailed follow up.

• Support regulatory requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and other Anti-Money Laundering laws, rules, and regulations.

What you need to have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 2+ years customer service experience

• 2+ years with multiple computer system platforms

• Experience with internet navigation and technology
