Job Summary and Opportunity:
Seeking an eager, self-motivated candidate to fill the Client Service role in our Fiduciary Services division. The candidate would join the Fiduciary Operations team dedicated to fulfilling the directives and initiatives proposed by Axos Bank’s Chief Operating Officer.

The candidate filling this role will work very closely with the AVP, Fiduciary Operations Manager to handle incoming calls and emails from Fiduciary Operations’ clients. The candidate should be extremely well rounded and have moderate understanding of computer related hardware. The candidate should have good verbal communication skills, as well and common-sense best practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls to deliver service and support
  • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated software
  • Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or related course experience in math / statistics / computer science / accounting
  • 6+ months experience working in a call center environment
  • Experience researching complex problems and arriving at a viable solution
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of banking, including general regulatory and accounting guidelines
  • Experience in the financial services / banking industry
  • Experience researching complex problems and arriving at a viable solution
  • Participation in independent case studies or external projects
Preferred:
  • 2+ years' working in office environment preferred, new grads considered
  • Financial services / banking industry
  • Bankruptcy knowledge

A targeted hourly range of USD $18/Hr. - USD $20/Hr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is 5%.
