MI-BOX Moving and Mobile Storage is expanding and we are in need of a dynamic Customer Service Rep for our Manatee County location. We are an established company that is growing rapidly.

CSR’s role will include managing customers' experience from incoming lead to final pick up, updating client reports, scheduling, and managing day-to-day office duties related to MI-BOX customer workflows.

Candidates must have excellent phone communication skills, detailed oriented, be a self-starter, and have a high-level understanding of customer service.

Duties include:

Daily customer interactions over the phone, email, and text

Providing customers quotes

Scheduling deliveries

Communication with the MI-BOX delivery driver

Handling customer calls in real-time

Entering lead and booking information in the MI-BOX system

Manage daily routes

Setting daily routes

Track container inventory

Data entry for customer billing

Reporting

Various other office related duties

Candidates Requirements:

Great communication skills

Computer savy

Positive attitude twards customer service and learning.

Pay: $18.20 - $21.92 per hour
