POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining an ongoing exemplar relationship with Tapestry Health clients to support positive clinical and financial outcomes and to ensure the successful delivery of contracted services Tapestry Health provides our customers. This person will be responsible for client retention by driving client satisfaction and identifying additional opportunities with existing clients. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is passionate about our mission to make quality care accessible to our aging population, and has strong customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as our client’s primary point of contact, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon.
  • Drive growth strategies among our clients by understanding their business needs and proposing new services to help them succeed.
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to learn our product offerings and upsell new services.
  • Continue to define and collaborate with operations to implement standards/procedures to enhance customer service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and work cross-functionally to address identified issues and provide a timely resolution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client-related issues working closely across functional areas to resolve identified issues.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the use of TapestryHealth Services
  • Maintain client services communication in TapestryHealth project management/CRM tool
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role
  • Experience/knowledge in the post-acute/skilled nursing field
  • Proven track record of strengthening and growing new and existing relationships

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with driving sales opportunities
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Demonstrates personal initiative and ownership over work results

NYC Residents Only: The salary range is $50,000 - $60,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, location, internal equity, etc. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, generous PTO, and 401K plan.
