Responsibilities

• Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts, ensuring all client documentation is returned, completed and approved.
• Utilize various applications to obtain account information and execute service requests
• Greet clients and visitors in person and over the phone with professional, warm demeanor
• Help create firm-level processes and procedures
• Attend compliance and continuing education training sessions as required by regulatory agencies
• Schedule, confirm, and track meetings
• Prepare meeting documents, such as minutes, agendas and reports
• Work with team to onboard clients of a newly acquired firm
