Client Services Administrative Assistant – Full Time

Responsibilities:

Weiner Benefits Group is currently recruiting a Client Service Administrative Assistant. This is a 40-hour/week position that is currently a hybrid of virtual and in person/office. Start/end times are flexible within an 8 hour work day.

The Client Service Administrative Assistant will work with the Client Service Manager to handle the workflow of the enrollments and terminations to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all processes, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Enrollments/Terminations
  • Client acknowledgement of enroll/terms
  • Recording of received enroll/terms
  • Supervise follow up of enroll/terms

The Client Service Administrative Assistant will assist the Client Service Manager in helping clients with any service related issues, including, but limited to:

  • Claims
  • Billing
  • Service

In addition, the Client Service Administrative Assistant will:

  • Assist with Database information entry and maintenance
  • Assist outside brokers as needed
  • Assist with maintaining online client sites
  • Maintain General Agent communications
  • Direct communication with clients
  • Direct communication with insurance carriers
  • Follow established procedures
  • Contribute to the overall team effort
  • Handle any other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in a business setting with customer service skills
  • Proven ability to deliver quality and detailed work products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products or similar platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and confidence to communicate at all levels of the organization, including C-Suite and VP levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Office/Excel

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, listen, operate a computer, hand-held devices, and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
