Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced client representative to join our team. As an client representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying opportunities to grow their accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and collaborate closely with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Experience developing and executing account strategies that drive retention and growth
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
