We are looking for a full-time, entry-level Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia immediately! Our goal is to build trust through integrity and consistent, professional communication. We provide insurance programs to members of affinity groups such as Labor Unions, Credit Unions, Associations, School Districts, and Community Organizations. Creating a professional relationship and connection with the group’s leadership is where our focus is.

This full-time, entry-level Client Relationship Manager position is perfect for someone with an outgoing personality and who is eager to create new business relationships. Full-Time Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities include:

• Selling the Company’s brand and marketing programs
• Maintain and foster professional relationships through in-person marketing to various affinity groups, new and pre-existing
• Schedule meetings with Presidents, CEOs, or Senior Level team members; professional communication skills are a must

Full-Time Client Relationship Manager Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of Business Development, Client Management, Relationship Management, or Account Management experience
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve and work independently
• Capacity to develop immediate rapport, cultivate relationships and overcome objections
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and determination to succeed
• Great personality and people skills
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambition, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

This is a full-time position with a base salary, a full benefits package, and unlimited bonus potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
