Seeking Spanish Speaking Client Coordinator for an immediate opening!
SUMMARY:
Provides supervision of clerical staff and monitors professional nursing staff. Administers all organizational systems and ensures managerial and staff compliance. Provides outreach to the community at large and acts as a spokesperson for the agency. Ensures quality of care level meets or exceeds agency expectations. Facilitating agency growth and its ability to provide services for a larger population.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Ensures that the plan of care is submitted to the physician for signature and tracks its return. Obtains verbal orders, as needed.
- Directs submission of all documents in the client record, according to agency policy and Joint Commission requirements.
- Directs the scheduling of the CHHA and ISS weekly, providing oversight of the scheduling process on a daily basis.
- Monitors client satisfaction with services and responds to customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Communicates problems to the Executive Director and Administrator.
- Manages statistical data about the home care and respite program.
- Ensures that a comprehensive Quality Improvement plan is managed and is current.
- Provides outreach to the community and funding sources, in order to increase referral network.
- Ensures that all Joint Commission requirements are met and that the agency is prepared for Joint Commission surveys.
- Manages budgetary compliance
- Cooperate with the Agency and Department staff in any inspection or investigation.
- Performs any other duties as requested by the Company

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
