As an account manager, you will quickly become an important member of the Quantify team. You will work closely with the operations, client support, as well as the sales team and assist in scaling our business and nationwide partnerships.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Work as part of a team to accomplish evolving daily goals
  • Optimize client accounts
  • Answer client calls
  • Email correspondence with clients
  • Support senior management with various support, sales, and operations-related tasks
  • Consult clients on various needs, questions, and services
  • Maintain communication with existing clients, alerting them of new services and enhancements that may be of interest

As a Client Account Manager, you will play the role of maintaining day-to-day client relationships and ensuring success for our partners. You will be responsible for supporting the relationship lifecycle from account set up to continued account optimization to ensure proper delivery of services and support. You will also be tasked with looking for opportunities to deliver additional value and grow revenue. You will interact with many clients daily, all while working with a fun, energetic team.

This position will report to the Operations Manager and is a hybrid remote based position (2 days in office in Weston, Florida, 3 work from home) with the possibility of occasional US travel (2-3 times per year).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
