Position Summary:
Support the daily workflow for the mail room and provide other services to the building and associates as needed within the office services group well as needed (data center, and switchboard/front desk) to provide quality customer service and meet time sensitive deadlines. Within the mailroom, ensure that all mail is received, properly sorted and arranged in an organized manner to allow ease for pickup and delivery. Overall, provide general support on the direct day to day work required to ensure accurate timely workflow, and foster a team-oriented environment. Provide assistance to the Manager on a wide range of special projects for RBS Support Office, Brand offices, and vendors.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to document all courier mail and inbound freight, including UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, certified, postal, and express mail in the mailroom tracking log.
Approve the invoices of all third party mail delivery service providers (Eastern, UPS, Fed Ex...Etc.).
Update and coordinate daily delivery of outgoing store mail, receive and review DC truck schedules, add or eliminate certain store courier days, and notify all parties involved of changes.
Monitor courier services for Brands as well as schedule direct runs.
Manage the transport, retrieval, and delivery of all mail bags & outbound freight between the Corporate Office and Distribution Center(s). This includes the delivery of the weekly payroll to the PDC and all satellite offices.
Support special projects for companywide mass mailings with postage, and to stores, specific to RBS. Support office departmental manuals, labels, brochures to stores, mass mailing letters by scheduling tasks, managing materials, monitoring production, and communicating the status to all parties involved.
Serve as the contact person to resolve mail and delivery issues, communicate information between appropriate parties, incoming delivers, ordering name plates, Business card issues, AUSA Support office interdepartmental changes for slotting mail, communicate department changes for incoming switchboard calls, projects, PDC contact person, courier contact, service calls for mail room equipment.
Assist with resetting the conference rooms and other type of office requests and/or projects as needed.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred
2+ years of experience
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Microsoft and Computer administrative skills
