Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the accounting and administrative department
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Support in managing cashflows and ongoing contracts
• Coordinate and prepare month-end reconciliations for all accounts and inventory
• Process and submit commissions as well as assist with payroll processing
• Ensures that all accounts are up-to-date and accurate
• Ensure all schedules are reconciled and cleaned on a timely basis
• Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, automotive industry preferred
• Knowledge of using a dealership management system a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask

• Must have a valid driver’s license and travel as necessary
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
