- What you'll do
- Professionally clean and maintain our rooms using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
- Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
- Identify and note any damages to rooma. Create maintenance tickets as necessary
- Collect and remove trash and debris
- Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics
- Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
- Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
- DEPENDABLE – When we promise to clean our Hospitality Center, we don’t mess around. You’ll need a dependable car AND a valid drivers license to get to our customers’ homes. Being on time every time is a hallmark of trust and respect.
- DETAIL ORIENTED – We expect our professional cleaners to notice every detail to ensure customer satisfaction. If you can’t see cobwebs and dust you’re probably not looking close enough or need glasses. Customers’ expect to see and take care of the details like cobwebs and dead flies on windowsills plus much, much more.
- HONEST – We require each candidate to pass a nationwide criminal background check, drug screens, and display a high level of honesty and integrity at all times.
- ENERGETIC – This is a fast-paced, physically and mentally challenging job! You’ll be doing a lot of bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance. If you get breathless walking up and down stairs you might consider a gym or another occupation.
- COMMUNICATE effectively – When you speak or write it should always be professional, clear and concise. English doesn’t have to be your first language but being able to communicate verbally in english is preferred but not necessary.
