Tepeyac Institute is looking for a dedicated classroom assistant who can help set up and look over the classes we offer at the Pastoral Center of the Diocese and at different parishes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- To make sure all the class equipment is ready (lists, computer, projector, coffee, etc.) to start the class
- Open classroom 1 hour before classes start and close 15 min after classes end.
- Set up equipment and make sure room is clean and ready to use.
- Attend students with registrations and questions
- Assist instructor with class equipment
- Be present in class in case help is needed from students or the instructor
- Distribute and collect evaluation forms, and deliver them to Tepeyac.
- Make announcements at the beginning or end of class when needed
- After class, clean room, pick up equipment and deliver to Tepeyac. Make sure room stays locked.
- To be in communications with the Programs Coordinator for any announcements or instructions needed.
- Classes are held at the Pastoral Center of the Diocese of El Paso and at different parishes. Personal means of transportation is required to assist these. Gas expenses are covered.
- Up to 19 hours per week, depending on the scheduled classes.
- Classes can be held Monday to Thursday in the evenings, and Saturday mornings.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic knowledge of computer equipment management (set up computers, projector, sound equipment, etc.)
- May be asked to work at Tepeyac to help with office work, assist in ceremonies or events.
- Business casual dress code.
