• Experience with jewelry or valuables insurance is a plus
• Ability to work with a variety of proprietary online applications and tools
• Insurance adjuster license preferred

• Review and process incoming claims according to established procedures
• Assemble supporting documentation for first notice of loss
• Help estimate claim reserves using proprietary software
• Coordinate with the adjuster and/or claimant for follow-up support
• Maintain a detailed log of claim statuses
• Regularly evaluate all outstanding claims
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for jewelry/watch claims
• Communicate updates to your team and other departments in weekly meetings
• Manage claims salvage
• Assist the customer service department with claim-related inquiries
• Follow-up with jewelers, adjusters, claimants, and BriteCo claims specialists to ensure that the claim process is running efficiently
• Contribute as a valued voice in the company to meetings regarding product updates, performance standards, and recommendations for improvements
