We are seeking team members in the San Francisco Bay area who are committed to a high standard of excellence when handling all aspects of the claim process - initiation, field investigation, recommendation, and evaluation. Our position requirements include:

• Field adjusters with 3+ years of experience handling moderately complex property claims.
• Relevant experience in areas within the insurance industry and/or construction experience are a plus.
• Daily, auto travel approximately 3 days per week.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to effectively operate a motor vehicle and navigation software.
• Ability to work under all environmental conditions including low and high temperatures, outdoor elements, noisy environments, high elevations and/or enclosed spaces.

DH Adjusting measures our Adjusters on their contribution and rewards them with a base salary ranging between $55,000 to $125,000 annually based on skills and experience, a transparent production bonus, car and phone allowance, health insurance, retirement plan and paid time off benefits. We use cutting edge technology along with Xactimate, and provide the tools and equipment to do the job safely and efficiently.
