Nebraska Kinesiology Center is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated team member for our Kearney location. As a multi-location functional healthcare clinic, this position requires a detail oriented, highly organized individual with an outgoing personality to interact directly with patients at the Kearney location. Under minimal supervision, this position requires an individual to greet patients, move patients between therapies and treatment rooms, and take down required documentation from patients and doctors using our EMR system. This position works directly with the billing department and both on-site and remotely with the clinic business director and the clinic attending chiropractic physician and other CAs. A CNA or other healthcare documentation background would be preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right individual. This will be a full-time position but there is flexibility for a part-time position.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepping and closing office daily
• Transferring patients between rooms and therapies
• Maintaining patient schedule
• Entering and maintaining EMR information
• Maintaining inventory as assigned
• Answering and routing phones, e-mail, faxes
• Verifying Insurance and associated fees as assigned
• Maintaining an orderly work area
• Assisting with Neurofeedback therapy
• Other duties as assigned

Hours:

Position can be between 30-40 hours a week Monday through Friday within the hours of 7:45am to 6pm
