- Are you age 24+?
- Do you have a valid driver license?
- Do you have a decent driving record?
- Do you have at least 12+ months experience in any of the following construction skills:
- Remodeling (Residential or Commercial)
- Maintenance (Residential or Commercial) / Handyman
- Carpentry / Trim Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall
- Flooring / Tile / Carpet Installation
- Fencing
- Or other related fields.
- Do you have steel toe boots?
- Are you available to work M-F (35+ hours per week)?
- Are you good working on both individual projects as well as with a crew?
- Do you have your own reliable transportation?
- Can you lift 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly?
- Are you comfortable working in confined and/or high (with use of ladders or scaffolding) places?
