Madison County Department of Job and Family Services’ Children Services unit is seeking a highly motivated individual to become a child welfare casework professional to work closely with children and their families. Child welfare caseworkers receive intensive support, training and coaching to prepare for this critical role. Successful applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with a diverse population. A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required. Ability to work flexible hours and on call hours are required. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
