Great Beginnings is an independent Child Care Center located in a quiet Olympia West Side neighborhood, Great Beginnings has been serving Thurston County since 1979. We are looking for staff that are DEPENDABLE, enthusiastic, energetic, responsible, reliable, team oriented person(s) wanted to work with children 1-5 years old. The positions available VARY and can be discussed during the interview process.

We are an open concept classroom and work in a very team driven environment.

Great Beginnings provides reimbursement (to staff) for the following DCYF requirements for childcare workers:

30 STARS Training -Provided to our staff via our Clover Park Technical College affiliate

Background Check Fingerprinting

CPR/First Aid Training

Blood borne Pathogens Training

TB testing reimbursement (for specific locations if not covered by your insurance)

Benefits after probationary period

Positions Available:

Full Time - Monday - Friday (sample hours: 8:45-5:45)

Substitute/On-call (when needed):
We utilize our amazing Substitutes often! This position is great for those who have other work and/or varying schedules!
