Child and Youth Services Coordinator

Work site: Family Crisis Center, Stevens Point

Start Date: as soon as possible

Starting Pay: $22.40 - $24.42 per hour, depending on experience

Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Duties: Provide trauma-informed, client-directed services to protective parents and children/youth sheltered as a result of domestic violence. Enhance and improve the quality of services by providing training and support for all advocates to work effectively with children and youth in the context of their jobs. Provide a continuum of developmentally appropriate services for children/youth and their protective parent in shelter-based setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services field and two years of relevant work experience;
• OR Associate's Degree and three years' relevant work experience;
• OR High School Diploma and five years' relevant work experience.

- At least one year experience in program management/supervision.
-Must understand the dynamics of domestic abuse and sexual assault and its effect on victims.
