Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is seeking Child & Adolescent counselors to join our team! This position is located in Auglaize County, Ohio.

Job Duties
- Providing Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth and families up to age 26
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintaining appropriate documentation for services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure
- Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we’ll help!)
- Training in counseling-scope work with youth and families (3yrs experience preferred)
