Destin Chick-fil-A Hospitality Team Member - $19 an hour!!!

We have designed this position for that student or adult who has another career but desires additional money and/or loves the Chick-fil-A brand. This job is for the Summer Season and pays a premium wage for a part-time commitment.

**Looking for team members who can work part time from 6pm - 10pm or 7pm to 11pm**

**We encourage applicants who are interested in only a 3 or 4 night per week to apply**

The hospitality team member (Dining Room Host/Hostess) is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience from the point of first engagement until the guest leaves our restaurant. This position requires that the hospitality team member be aware of guest needs, and do what is necessary to provide a remarkable experience for them.

Your Role on Our Team:

• Ensure guests are promptly greeted upon entering the restaurant.
• Ensure use of CORE4 values in all guest interactions.
• Anticipate guests needs such as assisting with reserving a table, and assisting with all items guests may need.
• During high volume times the host/hostess should provide guidance and instruction to guests to ensure they understand our queuing and ordering process.
• Confirm order accuracy and deliver meals to guests when possible and have condiments, straws and napkins readily available when the food is delivered.
• Provide regular feedback to team leaders and managers as needed on dining room conditions and customer concerns.
• Wipe tables and sweep floor as needed to keep dining room clean

• Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs. rarely, but occasionally possible) and work on feet for several hours.

• Part Time Team Member: $19 an hour
