Job description

Experienced team and Facility Manager is needed for manufacturing of commercial paint, and sealant materials. Understanding of related processes, equipment, testing, deadlines and quality are key parts of the position. Complete and dependable facility management is expected. The highest level of organization, detail and and thoroughness is expected everyday.

An ideal candidate will have many years of industry knowhow including vendors, sources, supply chain, packaging, inventory, and scheduling, etc. Understanding of general equipment, mechanical items, processes, maintenance, etc. are essential. Intermediate understanding of plumbing and electrical are helpful.

Project organization, drive, achievement and taking on responsibility will quickly lead to success. There are no long term limits placed on this position for involvement, advancement, success, collaboration, responsibility or participation in any aspect of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a long term role where genuine dedication to corporate goals will produce fast results.

Since industry history, training and materials are important to this position, candidates who do not have qualifications in this field will not be considered. This is not an entry level position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
