Job description
L'Osteria Mondello is looking for a Chef for the fine dining portion of the restaurant. This position is great for someone looking for some creative license with menus and dish creation. We plan to have a small traditional Italian menu with traditional specials offered through out the year based on different regions and countries in the Mediterranean region. This position will start as a Friday to Saturday dinner shift and will expand to a Tuesday to Sunday dinner shift. We are looking for someone with culinary experience, attention to detail, and high standards. Please apply with a resume and references.
