Night Shift Baylor LPN Charge Nurse- 12 hour shifts, Work 24 hours and paid for 32 hours, West Gate Village in Brewton, AL

Qualifications

• RN/LPN in good standing LTC experience preferred
• Valid BCLS card
• Up to date with COVID vaccinations or with exception
• Experience working with residents/patients/clients with Dementia/Behavior Disturbances
• Must have accountability regarding resident care during scheduled shifts
• Leadership skills that are tactful
• Positive attitude to our residents, sponsors, venders and co-workers is a must

Job Functions:

• Medication administration with use of EMAR
• Documentation
• Reordering of medications
• MD/sponsor notifications as needed
• Receiving and inputting new medication orders
• Assisting with resident ADL care as needed by C.N.A's
• Body Audits as assigned
• Assisting Rehab Hall nurse if needed
• A detailed job description will be discussed with our DON on interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
