Requirements:
- Must have an active LPN license in the State of Oklahoma
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage resident Neighborhood as a charge nurse
- Must have excellent judgment skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents
- Perform treatments/injections
- Communicate resident changes
- Assist with evaluations and care plans
- Serve as point of contact for residents, resident family members, CNA and CMA team members
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Shift:
- Full time 1st shift M-F 630p-3
