Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Job Description/Requirements:

• Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients
• Interprets evaluation findings to provide care and safety relating to dysfunction
• Provides treatment based on the goals and follows through with treatment to achieve established goals
• Provides advice and education to patients and family
• You will make your own schedule and complete follow up visits following an OT evaluation.
• This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $55-$65 per visit.

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
• California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
