Job Summary:
The task list for this role includes but is not limited to:
- Provides primary duties related to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation care for spine related and chronic or acute pain needs.
- Supports the practice in the role of outpatient follow-up care, new patient appointments, triage of patient needs, completion of patient forms, management of implantable devices, therapeutic injections and simple assessments.
- Communicates and coordinates patient care consistently and effectively with providers and colleagues.
- Designs, implements, and evaluates cost-effective pain management based programs of care integrating nursing interventions and medical treatments as appropriate to enhance patient outcomes.
Supervisory Responsibility
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota APRN Licensure
- Current Minnesota RN Licensure
- Current national board certification
- Current DEA certification
- Current BLS certification
