- Recording and updating patient medical histories
- Measuring and recording vital signs
- Performing basic lab tests & EKGs
- Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Administer vaccines
- Perform finger/heel sticks for lab work
- Run-in house labs
- Ability to prioritize work flow/tasks; strong decision making and organizational skills
- Ability to take direction; reliable with a strong work ethic; detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and social skills
- Proficient English language skills-speaking, reading writing and understanding
- Strong computer skills; experience with electronic health records,
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
- First aid and CPR certified
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work with limited supervision
