Cookeville Gynecology is looking for a full-time, energetic certified medical assistant with exceptional customer service skills.
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Escort patients from waiting room to exam room, taking patient medical histories, obtaining chief complaints, taking vital signs, preparing patients for examination and treatment, and/or reviewing chart and file for completeness
- Prepares equipment and supplies for clinical procedures
- Assists with the scheduling of tests and treatments
- Responds to patient and payer phone calls by securing information from providers and/or providing the appropriate information.
- Maintains clinical and office supplies and equipment.
- Maintains patient files in the EHR, records and other information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
