Wolf Contractors Inc. has been a top site contractor in the Hampton Roads area for over 35 years and has completed over 1,000 civil construction projects in the Tidewater area. Wolf Contractors is seeking a motivated individual for a full time Dump Truck Driver position to work out of our Newport News shop to haul construction materials to and from projects around Hampton Roads. Truck drivers must be able to drive manual dump trucks.
Qualifications:
- Successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience driving a manual dump truck.
- Background check with clean criminal history.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class A or B is required.
- Ability to drive manual dump trucks.
- Experience with heavy construction equipment is a plus.
- Pre-employment drug screening and satisfactory driving record required.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL with acceptable driving record
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment
- Ability to lift items up to 80 lbs.
- Must be safe while working or driving.
- Must have proper P.P.E. for the environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
