Do you have great customer service skills with an interest and experience in the dining/catering industry? Please apply to be a member of our Catering Staff for the upcoming season of Interlochen Arts Camp. In this position you will be a part of a catering team for events we host in honor of our guests, donors, and professional artists. Employment dates are 6/14/23 - 8/20/23; start and end dates are FLEXIBLE! Receive a FREE meal and a FREE ice cream during every shift (if service is open)! Early sign-on bonus and successful completion bonuses are available for $50 each! Apply today and join us for a memorable summer! Housing is available for $15/night in a shared living space, if needed, provided you live 40 miles or more from Interlochen. If living on campus, all meals are included as well.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Food production and presentation of catering orders
  • Organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety practices in all catering events
  • Setting up catered tables for professional appearance
  • Garnishing and decorating of prepared foods

Experience and Skills:

  • Able to multi-task, be able to prepare for more than one catered event on the same day
  • Must be available at nights and on weekends
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 2 years related experience preferred
  • Detail oriented
