Well Dunn Catering is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to help manage the entire sales cycle including selling, planning, and executing events. We offer a high first-year earning potential along with a flexible work schedule and robust benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Pursue new sales prospects and develop client relationships.
- Fully understand all services and products provided by Well Dunn and communicate pricing effectively to clients.
- Design and develop creative menu proposals.
- Plan, oversee, and evaluate contracted events.
- Recognize areas for upselling to maximize revenues.
- Follow company SOPs to maintain Well Dunn standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal and external vendors including rentals, beverages, and other contracted services.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to perform tasks related to sales contracts, client billing, and collections.
Requirements:
- Quick learner and passion for sales and events.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Excellent customer and hospitality skills, ability to interpret clients’ needs.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Tech-savvy.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in on/off-premise catering required.
- Experience in full-cycle wedding planning is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: flexible work schedule and partial remote work after the training period.
- Evening and weekend work is expected based on your event calendar.
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $180,000 + OTE.
- Expected 1st Yr: $85,000 - $ 100,000.
- Expected 2nd and 3rd Yr : $100,000 - $180,000.
