Position Overview: Ensure the highest level of customer service at assigned location. Maintaining accurate control of tickets and cash as well as following all assigned duties and operating procedures as required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Report to work on time as assigned and meet attendance requirements for the position.
• Greet all arriving and departing customers and guests in a friendly and polite manner as well as providing them with prompt and courteous service.
• At all times, when on duty, present a neat, clean and uniformed professional appearance as per location dress code requirements and PCI’s high standards.
• Receive ticket indicating the time of entrance into the parking area; operate computerized or manual cash register that calculates the fee based on the time the vehicle was parked; collect money and make change; prepare receipts as required.
• Respond to customers/guests request for directions, general information, concerns or problems as well as explaining the parking charge in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well organized work environment for guests and customers at all times. Some light housekeeping duties are required.
• Monitor cash drawer and balance cash collection at the end of each shift. Notify manager of any discrepancy immediately. Shortages/Overages must be reported on shift reports.
• Empty cash drawer at the end of the shift and prepare cashier reports to process tickets, and register tapes for bank deposit. Accurately and legibly complete required reports.
• Report all incidents and accidents and unsafe situations to the manager or supervisor immediately.
• Traffic Control for Special Events

Schedules: Hours Subject to Availability

• Mostly Weekends and Special Events
• Occasional Weekdays as Needed
• Part Time - Up to 30 hours max per week

Candidates will be cross trained at multiple locations

• Requirements:
• Superb customer service and communication skills.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to sit, stand at a designated station for extended periods of time, ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach grasp, kneel, crouch, twist, push/pull items, devices, etc during the course of scheduled working hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs to position or remove barricades in order to close or open parking areas.
• Ability to rotate park locations if necessary
• Able to work special events when necessary
