Store Manager

Responsibilities:

The store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Your duties include motivation sales teams, creating business strategies developing promotional material, and training new staff.

Job Description:

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
• Placing weekly orders with appropriate pars

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s or AA degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail/hospitality/food environment, ideally in a managerial role.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of computers (MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strategic thinking with planning and alignment
• Maintain high personal standards in both presentations and work habits.

Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours +
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lb +

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, hourly position.
• Must be able to work night/weekends/ holidays.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.50 - $16.00/hour.
