Case Manager
Job description
Full-time Case Manager needed to provide services to people with Head/Spinal Cord Injuries, Intellectual Disabilities/Related Disabilities/Autism. Flexibility/after-hours may be required depending on schedule demands. Applicant must be highly efficient and organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. Home Visits Required. Excellent benefits package includes health insurance options, State Retirement, 401K, Paid Holidays, Annual and Sick Leave.
Applicant must possess a bachelor’s or graduate degree from an accredited college or university, and have at least one (1) year of experience working with people with disabilities and special needs.
