To work cooperatively with Case Managers in expediting the general flow of matters pertaining to the case management department, and general office including, but not limited to: Redirecting phone calls, faxing, scanning, typing, filing in addition to general office, and clerical duties. Starting pay is $18.50/hr
The Case Manager Assistant must have:
High school diploma or GED Certificate and some education, training, and/or experience outside of high school in a related area
Must be able to type 50 WPM
Previous experience with Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, faxing emails, data entry, mail merging and other office tasks desired
Fluent receptive and expressive language skills
Writing skills must reflect correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, composition, quality, and fluent vocabulary; speaking skills must include clarity, professionalism, and be personable; experience in personal computer
Ability to process information with rapidness and accuracy, experience with Word and Excel required
Must be highly organized, and possess good time management and decision-making skills
Other necessary abilities include: confidence, flexibility, self-directed, ability to maturely deal with unexpected demands and incidents, and willingness to initiate improvement and expansion of existing systems
