My company has an opening for two individuals needed fhome builder and property management company. These positions are full time with room to learn and grow.

My company is a certified installer for Andersen and Marvin Windows and Doors. In addition to wind and doors, we specialize in kitchen and bathroom renovations.

-You must be able to perform a certain variety of jobs: heavy lifting, carpentry, framing, handyman work, installation of windows and doors, furniture assembly, tv mounting, painting, drywall, wall compounding, property cleanup and maintenance

- Must be able to perform a variety of tasks independently (based on experience)

-You must be able to work with the owner or other employees and take direction.

Both positions are required to be:

•Clean cut and groomed as we are working in occupied homes and office/retail establishments

•Drivers license

•Social Security # and authorized to work

•Must be able to speak English

•Own transportation to the office

Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5.

We work in Rockland-OrangeWestchester-Bergen County

Salary;

Depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160.00 - $250.00 per day
