What you'll be doing day to day

• You are responsible for commercial carpentry needs in store- including but not limited to painting, cutting boards, putting up/ taking down walls, installing flooring, and wall finishes.
• Strong finish carpentry skills with experience.
• Strong project manager- manages time, follows timelines, and able to create strong solutions in a timely manner.
• Good organizational skills- keeps a clean, organized, and inventoried workspace.
• Can communicate how to implement both on paper and verbally to co-workers across all departments.

About this work area

You’ll help enhance the in-store customer experience by creating a strong visual impression in line with the IKEA Brand.

• Constructing, building, and preparing in-store media to secure range presentation and the IKEA visual identity.
• Reducing the environmental footprint by working consciously with resources and materials and maximizing opportunities to recycle and reuse materials.
• Staying up to date and knowledgeable about carpentry trends to increase quality and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

3 years of carpentry-related experience

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.56 - 33.66 We offer excellent BENEFITS and PAID TIME OFF!
