Job Description
- Carrying out the tasks of home safety management with consideration for the established methods and routines of the client/family.
- Grocery shopping and other errands
- Planning and preparing meals according to prescribed dietary restrictions and client/family requests
- Develops leisurely activities geared to stimulate, motivate, entertain and engage the client
- Communicating with the Homemaker/Companion Program Coordinator to assure client safety and satisfaction
- Light housekeeping...dusting.....wash a load of clothes.
Requirements:
- Must have safe, reliable transportation and current auto insurance in your name
- Must have a valid FL Driver's License
- Must be able to clearly speak, read, write and understand the English language
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and a background check
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
- Previous homemaking experience preferred
