Caregivers/Direct Care Staff , On-the-job Paid Training Provided!

Walk-In Job interviews Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Full-Time and Part-Time

• Day Shift 7am-3pm,
• Evening Shift 3pm-11pm
• Night Shift 11pm-7am
• $1500.00 Sign-On Bonus & $750 Referral Bonus Program
• No experience necessary
• On-the-job & Hands-on Training/Direct Care Program Training will be provided onsite
• After 3 months of completing full-time work, you may be eligible for a company-paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) School Program!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be comfortable with direct patient contact
• Render personal care and assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care following established nursing service objectives and standards
• Assisting residents with mobility needs and cognitive impairments
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Manager or Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications a plus
• Previous care of the elderly population either through training or work experience with elderly population a plus
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Must be comfortable with direct patient contact
• Must be flexible and willing to perform all requested duties
