Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home
• Assists clients with activities of daily living (ADL’s).
• Implements and supports care plan.
• Provides for the client’ physical care including lifting, bathing, performing hygiene tasks, toileting, assisting with meals, and other tasks.
• Transfer in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, and/or automobiles if needed.
• Light housekeeping
• Provide personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

• 2 Years verifiable experience
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
• Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST
• Must be reliable, dependable and on time
• Can pass a background check and provide references
• Has valid Driver's License and and auto insurance
