Always Best Care is looking to add experienced caregivers (CNA, HHA & PCA) to our care team in the Enfield Connecticut area. We're interested in 4-5 caregivers who are experienced in providing personal care to their clients while able to actively engage them in activities, provide them meal preparation and light housekeeping & laundry assistance.

The IDEAL candidate would also have hands-on experience working with dementia clients & know how to operate a hoyer lift. Training available to applicants with a strong desire to learn and a passion to assist the elderly in need of care.

Job Requirements include:

• All applicants MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Booster vaccine a plus!!)
• CNA, HHA, PCA or at least ONE year of professional caregiving experience
• Valid Driver's License
• OWN vehicle plus proof of registration and insurance
• Ability to attend all assignments ON TIME daily during all weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with management via telephone, email, or in person
• All candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States
